Toolkit of Cross-Sector Collaboration Workshops
The Toolkit offers practical, non-formal learning activities designed to bring together NGOs, schools, universities, VET centers, and companies. It aims to strengthen cooperation between the volunteering and employment sectors by enhancing key soft skills among young people.
The toolkit includes:

◉ Ready-to-use workshops for skill development (teamwork, communication, leadership, adaptability, etc.);
◉ Reflection tools for recognizing skills acquired through volunteering;
◉ Guidance for youth workers to adapt activities to their local context.
