Future professional paths for volunteers is a Cooperation Partnership for youth financed by the Erasmus + programme with a consortium formed by four organisations from Portugal, Lithuania, Romania and Spain.
The project will last 24 months starting from December 2021 until November 2023. During this period the partners will work on the achievement of two project results which aim to facilitate the integration of volunteers in the labour market.
○ Direct target group: young people, especially NEETs
○ Indirect target group: NGOs promoting volunteering and youth participation, volunteers coordinators, tutors, mentors, leaders, youth workers

MAIN GOAL
NEXT aims to create a bridge between volunteering and employment. By creating a common virtual space where volunteers, organisations and companies can share their experiences and opportunities. NEXT’s main goal is to give real value to the volunteering experience, by ensuring future professional paths in companies that recognise their skills & competencies developed during their volunteering service.
