On 23rd January, the NEXT 2.0 project officially kicked off with a transnational meeting held in Figueira da Foz, Portugal, kindly hosted by Bonae Spei. The meeting brought together all project partners for the first time, marking the beginning of a collaborative journey focused on delivering impactful results at both local and European levels.

During the Kick-off Meeting, partners aligned on the project’s objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes, while also discussing the overall structure, including work packages, timelines, and roles. This initial coordination was essential to ensure a shared understanding and a strong, well-organised start to the project’s implementation.

In addition to the technical planning, the meeting provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen partnerships, foster trust, and establish effective communication channels among the consortium. The session concluded with a clear roadmap of next steps and upcoming milestones, setting a solid foundation for the successful development of NEXT 2.0.
