Asociación Arrabal-AID, the Spanish partner of the “And what NEXT? Future professional paths for volunteers” project, orchestrated a series of dynamic Multiplier Events throughout September and October 2023. These events served as vibrant platforms to disseminate and champion the project’s remarkable outcomes to a diverse audience, including young individuals, current and former European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteers, youth workers, and stakeholders from Malaga.

Asociacion Arrabal-AID took the lead in hosting engaging Multiplier Events in the vibrant city of Malaga, shedding light on the transformative journey and tangible achievements of the “and what NEXT?” project. The events highlighted the successful integration of YouthPass into profiles, focusing on ESC volunteers. This integration underscores the project’s commitment to recognizing and validating the valuable experiences gained through volunteering, enhancing the employability of the participants.

Attendees experienced live demonstrations of the project’s online platform, illustrating its user-friendly features. Asociacion Arrabal-AID unveiled the comprehensive Employability Guide designed for youth practitioners. In-depth sessions delved into the guide’s contents, equipping youth workers with valuable tools and resources to guide and counsel volunteers effectively on their career paths.
